Order your kit
Choose the panel that fits your home — from a single tap to a full whole-home comparison. Your kit ships within 1–2 business days with everything included: sample bottles, self-test strips, an intake card, and a prepaid return mailer.
Collect your sample
Collecting a sample takes about 10 minutes and doesn't require anything beyond your kitchen sink. No lab experience needed — just follow the instruction card that comes with your kit.
2. Dip the included test strip and record the reading on your intake card — this happens right at the tap, since a couple of readings change too fast to test once mailed.
3. Fill each sample bottle to the line and cap tightly.
4. Repeat for each tap in your kit, then seal everything in the return mailer.
Ship it back
Drop your sealed kit in any mailbox or post office. Standard panels ship on your own schedule — if your kit includes microbiology, just make sure your sample goes out Monday through Wednesday so it doesn't sit over a weekend in transit.
